Ilias 5.3 Learning Management System (LMS) Upgrade
We are excited to inform you that we are upgrading our learning platform. Once complete you will have access to new and improved functionality.
Please note, in order to complete the upgrade, the learning platform (and all service-specific portals) will be unavailable Saturday June 22 between 8:30 a.m. EST and 2:00 p.m. EST.

Portal administrators will have the ability to create additional customized learning roles and assign a selection of courses to specific ranks and roles.
Single Sign-on Capabilities
Portals can be customized to allow members to log-in using credentials from another in-house system or alternate site. This will help to streamline log-in access for members.
Course Complete Override
Portal administrators now have the ability to manually update an individual learner’s record and completion status as required.
Responsive Column Layout
Course landing pages will now have responsive design allowing for compatibility with a variety of devices.
Ilias as an LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability)
New functionality will allow Ilias 5.3 to link seamlessly with other LMS’s, learning resources, and applications.
