The Authentic Leader

Welcome to The Authetic Leader.

This course is designed to support emerging leaders in assessing their leadership readiness and provide them with the tools to develop a leadership style that is true to their vision of an authentic leader.

This course consists of four modules that include a leadership readiness self-assessment, guided exercises that will help you uncover your biases about what leadership is and is not, and an action plan that will support your leadership development beyond the online course.
