CPKN eLearning Development Model
CPKN is based on a collaborative partnership with the Canadian police community whereby police identify priority topics and provide training content and CPKN provides development and delivery expertise. Using the industry standard ADDIE approach, our team works with your Subject Matter Expert to perfectly blend knowledge and instructional design to develop high-quality learning.
ANALYZE: Assess client requirements and solutions parameters
DESIGN: Create comprehensive content document outlining instructional and technical architecture; Develop storyboards according to course structure, technical specifications, and language requirements
DEVELOP: Produce course assets and media; Assemble the complete course package, QA reviews assess the final product against established product parameters
IMPLEMENT: Launch course on LMS infrastructure; include learner feedback surveys; produce course activity reports
EVALUATE: Review and assess survey data or conduct more in-depth evaluations using Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
