CPKN | Holiday Hours 2025

As the holiday season approaches, we would like to inform you of adjustments to the Canadian Police Knowledge Network (CPKN) schedule during this period to help you plan accordingly.

After reviewing feedback from our Network and carefully considering past support ticket and email trends, we have thoughtfully adjusted our operations for the holiday period.

CPKN, along with our affiliated divisions—the Professional Security Knowledge Network and eProctor Canada—will observe a holiday closure from December 24 to January 1. This break will provide our staff with an opportunity to rest and spend time with their families.

Support services remain available 

During the closure, we will continue to monitor support tickets and address urgent matters. All requests will be triaged, and critical issues related to courseware, the Learning Management System, and other urgent matters, will be referred to designated team members who remain on call.
