New CPKN Courses
Foundations of Judaism and Understanding Antisemitism
Many police services across Canada are seeing a rise in reported hate crimes. This course equips members with foundational knowledge of Judaism, the impacts of antisemitism, and key principles for investigating hate crime offences.
Developed through collaboration between the Toronto Police Service and the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies. This course is only offered in English.
Proceeds of Crime Concepts
This course will cover legal concepts and framework that govern and guide proceeds of crime investigations and help you develop a basic conceptual understanding of how to lawfully identify, deal with, and support the forfeiture of proceeds of crime.
Content for this course was provided by the RCMP. This course is available in English and French.

Forensic Evidence Collection
This course provides frontline officers with essential skills to properly handle physical evidence in line with legal and scientific standards. It also covers packaging, health and safety, and the role of National Forensic Services in investigations.
The English version of this course was added to our catalogue in 2021, and we are pleased to announce that the French version has been added.
