Occupational Health and Safety Criminal Investigations

The Occupational Health and Safety Criminal Investigations course consists of four 20-minute e-learning modules covering: occupational health and safety (OHS) criminal investigations and the law; the investigation process; the causes of serious workplace incidents; and questions, evidence, and laying charges.

When you have completed this course, you will be able to:

• Summarize the knowledge base investigators need and why
• Summarize why the employer’s executive leadership play a critical role in workplace safety
• Describe safety management systems and why they’re critical to workplace safety
• Define a workplace safety culture and explain why they’re pivotal to safe work practices
