Meet Our Presenters

Charlene Rivet, Sergeant, Foreign Actor Interference Team, RCMP 

Sergeant Charlene Rivet is a member of the RCMP, currently serving with the Foreign Actor Interference Team under the RCMP’s Federal Policing National Security. With over 26 years of experience, Sergeant Rivet has dedicated much of her career to investigating crimes against persons, including roles in Vice, Child Abuse and Sexual Offence cases, Human Trafficking, and Missing Persons investigations, as well as managing the Amber Alert Portfolio. She recently transitioned to Federal Policing National Security, where she is expanding her expertise to address the complexities of the national security mandate.  

Chris Dyke, Sergeant, Foreign Actor Interference Team, RCMP

Sergeant Chris Dyke is a member of the RCMP, currently serving with the Foreign Actor Interference Team under the RCMP’s Federal Policing National Security. With nearly 20 years of dedicated service, Sergeant Dyke has spent the majority of his career in Manitoba, holding a variety of positions in both front-line policing and as a tactical training instructor. He now brings his extensive experience to the national security mandate, focusing on the evolving challenges of foreign actor interference in Canada.
