When can I expect a reply?

You can expect a response in 24 to 48 business hours.

    How do I register?

    If you’re looking to purchase individual courses, you can easily do so through our user-friendly online registration system. For group course purchases, visit our registration page, complete the online registration form, and email it to our support desk.

    For large bundle purchases, we offer subscription pricing. Please contact support@cpkn.ca for more information.

      I forgot my username or password, how do I access my account?

      Click the ‘Forget your username?’ or ‘Forget your password?’ links below the login section on your login page. Follow the directions provided.

        What do I do if I can’t login?

        Verify you are using the correct username and password. Please note your password is case sensitive.

        If you cannot remember your username, please check your emails as it would have been sent to you by support@cpkn.ca.

        If you continue to have issues, reset either your username or password by clicking the links provided on your login page.

          I’ve finished my course, how do I access my certificate?

          Certificates can be found under the course title in your portal, or in the training records tab that can be found along the left side of your account.

            How do I access my CPKN course?

            You can access your course through the CPKN Learning Management System (LMS) or your service specific portal. Find the login button on the CPKN homepage in the top right corner.

            Select either your service-specific portal from the drop-down menu, or select the CPKN LMS.

            Login with your supplied username and password from support@cpkn.ca. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to accept our Terms and Conditions.

            Once logged in, you will see the homepage. Under the “My Courses and Group” section, will be your registered course.
