Course Overview
This course is intended to give you basic information that will assist you when you have a truck stopped and provide you with some helpful reference material. It does not result in you becoming a certified truck inspector.

- Identify a commercial motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act
- Recall registration requirements for commercial motor vehicles
- Recall driver’s licence requirements for commercial motor vehicles
- Recall inspection requirements for commercial motor vehicles
- Recall commercial vehicle requirements for safe operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Explain officer authority regarding commercial motor vehicles
