Join us on Wednesday, September 9 from noon to 1 p.m. (ET) for an interactive Knowledge Exchange session as we explore three major enhancements to our learning management system: the ILIAS 9 platform upgrade, a redesigned reporting experience, and the new external certificates and learning evidence functionality.
Designed for members of training units and portal administrators, this session will provide an overview of what’s changing, demonstrate key features, and discuss how enhancements can support your organization’s learning and training goals.
Rather than a formal training session, this is an opportunity to learn together, ask questions, share ideas, provide feedback, and discover practical ways to make the most of these exciting new capabilities.
During this session we’ll explore:
ILIAS 9 Platform Upgrade
- Discover the latest enhancements designed to improve the experience for learners, instructors, and administrators.
- Explore new features including Flashcards, enhanced test results, improved exercises, drag-and-drop page editing, richer system notifications, flexible learner dashboards, bulk glossary imports, and numerous usability, performance, and security improvement.
Redesigned Reporting Experience
- Learn about the new reporting tools designed to provide greater flexibility and more meaningful insights.
- Explore Standard Reporting with ready-to-use reports and executive summaries, Custom Reporting for advanced reporting needs, and Scheduled Reporting to automate report delivery.
- See how the modernized reporting experience makes it easier to access, analyze, and share learning data.
External Certificate and Learning Evidence
- Discover how learners can upload certificates and evidence of learning completed outside of CPKN.
- Learn how organizers can consolidate internal and external learning into a more complete learner record, helping recognize professional development from multiple sources and providing a more comprehensive view of learning achievements.
Whether you’re preparing for these enhancements or simply want to better understand what’s possible, this session will provide practical insights and plenty of opportunities for discussion.
Deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, September 8 at noon (ET).
