EProctor Specialist (contract)

What You’ll Do

As an eProctor Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a secure and professional testing experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and verifying test takers while providing a welcoming and professional experience
  • Guiding candidates through testing procedures and exam instructions Supporting clients and test takers through the entire examination process, from account setup to exam completion
  • Monitoring live online examinations to ensure compliance with security and testing protocols
  • Maintaining the integrity, security, and privacy of examination environments and user data
  • Identifying trends, concerns, and opportunities for service improvement
  • Assisting with the development and enhancement of eProctor Canada procedures and processes
  • Tracking issues and providing timely feedback to the broader CPKN team
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery
  • Supporting additional operational activities as required

Position Details

  • The contract runs from September to December 2026, with potential for extension.
  • Shifts range from 4 to 7.5 hours, for a total of 12 to 20 hours per week.
  • Required working hours fall between noon and 9 p.m. Atlantic Time, Monday through Friday.
  • CPKN’s head office is located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. While we welcome applications from across Canada, please note that all working hours are based on Atlantic Time.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (completed or in progress), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with customer service and client support
  • Strong computer skills, including web browsers and Windows-based applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Experience in education, testing, invigilation, or examination administration
  • Experience working in a customer support environment
