Our Strategic Plan (2025 – 2028)

Priority 1: Empower people to make our mission a reality.

Objective 1: Champion a workplace that values people.

Objective 2: Leverage our Board of Directors and National Advisory Committee to advance our mission and strategic priorities.

    Priority 2: Expand the Network and foster authentic, impactful relationships.

    Objective 1: Cultivate relationships with organizations of all sizes in our Network and the communities they serve.

    Objective 2: Build partnerships with Indigenous-led police and other public safety organizations, honouring the culture and perspectives of the communities they serve.

    Objective 3: Build partnerships with Francophone police and other public safety organizations, demonstrating our commitment to Francophone culture, language, and its role in Canada’s identity.
