Course Overview
This course is designed to provide the learner with the techniques and skills required to navigate within Police Records Information Environment (PRIME) Records Management System (RMS). Learners are exposed to foundational knowledge within PRIME concerning the monitoring of a basic work queue and extracting information from entered data through queries and browse functions.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the course, successful candidates will be able to:
- Successfully navigate the various sub-systems with the PRIME records management system (RMS);
- Demonstrate the ability to locate, read and extract data from PRIME RMS;
- Articulate the workflow processes within PRIME RMS.
