      Time Commitment

To get the most from this program, participants should allocate ample time to completing coursework, such as readings, online lessons, and workshops. Tips for balancing coursework:

      • Complete readings as early as possible, such as prior to the first workshop.
      • Schedule time to complete online lessons to avoid rushing through the material.
      • Enlist a colleague or participant to share your leadership goal and hold you accountable.
      • If pressed for time, focus on the online lessons and workshops rather than the readings. The readings are often revisited in the workshops.
      • Seek permission from a supervisor to block off time for workshops and coursework.
      • Invite a supervisor to attend the orientation session to ensure they understand the time commitment and support your commitment to the program.
