The Stanhope Conference is a national forum for sharing knowledge and best practices related to police training and the discussion of emerging issues hosted annually in Prince Edward Island.

CPKN hosted the first Stanhope Conference in 2007. Since that time, Stanhope has continued to evolve to keep pace with changing training needs within the Canadian police community. 

This year’s theme, “Emerging Trends, Stronger Partnerships: Advancing Police Professional Development across Canada,” highlights the importance of collaboration and adaptability in a rapidly evolving policing environment.

This conference brings together police training professionals, decision-makers, and thought leaders to share insights, explore emerging issues, and discuss new approaches to police professional development.
