Travel & Accommodations

Travel

Participants are responsible for travel to and from Prince Edward Island. However, conference organizers will provide all ground transportation including airport pick-up and drop-off and transport to off-resort conference activities.

Accommodations

All basic accommodation costs are covered by, and will be arranged by, conference organizers. However, delegates are responsible for any additional room nights, room charges (i.e. telephone/internet charges, room service, etc.) or additional guest costs.

If a guest will be joining you and/or you plan an extended stay, please indicate this on the registration form or contact Nadine Sutcliffe (902-629-4262) so arrangements can be made accordingly.

Meals and Events

All delegate meals costs are covered, including evening events. An additional charge applies to guest meals and evening event tickets, as follows:

On the Town (Tuesday evening): $50 + applicable taxes
Island Kitchen Party (Wednesday evening): $50 + applicable taxes

Note: In advance of the conference, delegates will be asked to provide additional information (i.e. travel details, meal preferences, social events ticket information, etc.). Additional tickets to the social events may be paid in advance (by cheque, Visa, or MasterCard) or at check-in at the conference registration desk. Receipts will be provided.

Dress Attire

Business casual dress attire is recommended for all conference events and activities.
