Registration Information for the following course:

• Breath Test Pre-Course Training

The Breath Test Pre-Course is Part I of a two-part blended learning program. Part I is delivered online via the CPKN portal and Part II (i.e. the classroom or practical component) is delivered by RCMP Forensic Science and Identification Services (FS&IS).

Police Services interested in registering canadidates to the RCMP National Breath Test Program must contact their regional FS&IS to learn about upcoming sessions and submit candidate information. The FS&IS Course Coodinator oversees all registration procedures with CPKN for Breath Test Pre-Course Training (Part I).

To register participants in Breath Test Pre-Course Training (Part I), the FS&IS Course Coordinator (or Designated Coordinator) must:

1. VERIFY the candidate email addresses received from a police service(s).
2. DOWNLOAD the group registration form (in Microsoft Excel) by clicking here.
3. INPUT candidate information on the registration form electronically.
4. SAVE the completed form to your computer.
5. EMAIL the completed registration form to CPKN at support@cpkn.ca.
6. Once the registration is processed by CPKN, every candidate will receive three emails containing their username, password, and login instructions.
7. Please request that all participants carefully read the emails for directions regarding accessing CPKN's system, the course and support information.
