CACP Trust and Confidence in Policing Conference

CACP is hosting Trust and Confidence in Policing: A Canadian Perspective, November 14 - 16, 2018 in Toronto, ON. This important conference will draw on domestic and international experiences and research to explore how various programs and approaches in policing affect trust within and across various communities and how that impact can be measured. Oversight, transparency and policy development will be highlighted and suggestions offered about how new or present practices could be implemented in a manner that maximizes the growth of trust and/or minimizes the negative impacts with a focus on the Canadian context.
