Information systems like CPIC and the Police Information Portal are indispensable investigative tools. By using these systems in conjunction with one another, investigators can build on valuable information that will help bring investigations to successful conclusions.

National Police Information Systems instructs learners on the types of queries and broadcasts in National Police Information Systems that will provide access to law enforcement information from all Canadian Police Agencies. The course focuses on enhancing investigators’ ability to effectively utilize these systems during the course of investigations.
