IMS-100: Introduction to the Incident Management System

This course is delivered by Emergency Management Ontario. Learner and content support is also provided by EMO.

The IMS-100 course is recommended for all emergency responders in Ontario. This course is currently available in three different formats:

  • Self-Study: This version of the course includes a downloadable reading package, supported by an online exam.
  • Multimedia e-Learning: This interactive version includes videos, quizzes, closed captioning and narration.
  • Classroom: This version is taught by provincially qualified instructors and offered at the jurisdictional or organizational level.
