In-car camera systems are critical tools for policing. Providing unbiased accounts of traffic stops and other encounters with the public, in-car cameras have become an progressively important means of increasing officer safety, improving the quality of evidence for investigative and court purposes, and protecting officers from unwarranted accusations of misconduct in the lawful performance of their duties.
Developed by the Toronto Police Service (TPS), the In-Car Camera Operator Training course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully operate Panasonic's Toughbook Arbitrator In-Car Camera System.
