The Incident Command System (ICS) Level 100 course introduces students to a proven incident site management system for emergencies or disasters. The goal of the course is to provide students with a basic understanding of the Incident Command System, its organization, priciples, basic terminology and common responsibilites.
This course is delivered in four units:British Columbia and general versions of this training are available. Within British Columbia, the Province has adopted ICS as the standard for emergency site management as part of its BC Emergency Response Management System (BCERMS).
